What makes a strong input?

Paste real text from the posting, not a paraphrase — exact responsibilities and requirements produce the most realistic questions.

Be concrete. Name the tools, methods, scope, and team size. "Leads Agile delivery using Jira and Power BI" earns far better questions than "manages projects."

Add company context. Mission, values, and recent news (last 6–12 months) are what turn generic questions into tailored "why us / why now" ones.

Include your background and any real questions you've found. Real questions get marked Anchored and sharpen the whole set.

Thin input still works — it just leans on fundamentals. Rich, specific input is what earns company- and role-specific questions.

How to get the best playbook from your AI

Ask for JSON only. If your AI replies with prose or explanation instead of a block of JSON, paste back: "Output the JSON only — no commentary." Code fences or a stray sentence are fine — the loader strips them.

If it gets cut off, the loader will tell you. Reply "continue" to your AI and paste the full result, or ask it to regenerate a little shorter.

Use a capable model. Stronger models write sharper questions and cleaner JSON — coaching quality follows the model you choose.

Not happy with it? Ask the AI to revise before re-pasting — e.g., "make the model answers more specific to the company" — then load the new version.

Every paste is checked before it loads, so you'll get a plain-language note if anything needs fixing.
